PRACTICE SPECIFICS - J1 CONSIDERED
• 4.5 day work week with no call 
• Employed model 
• Excellent well-established diabetes program with nurse practitioner, dietitians and certified educators 
• Outpatient practice with opportunity for inpatient consults 
• More than 200 referring physicians 
• Collegial group of clinicians

REQUIREMENTS 
• BC/BE in Endocrinology
