*Hospital Employed position
*Group
*7 on 7 off
*Round on 8 - 12 patients per day
*Nocturnist Telemedicine - Acute NP monitors and admits patients/ etc.
*Since implementing Telemedicine for nights no one has been called in
*Low level ICU. No neurosurgeon or Interventional Cardiology coverage. sick patients are shipped out
*New 70 Bed State-of-the-art hospital
*Base salary of $250K year one, $260K Salary from year 2 forward
*Production bonus based on wRVU's
*All physicians in group earn $280K+ each year
*Sign-on and relocation ($50,000)
