*Defined need for services (replace two slowing ENT's)

*Join another hospital employed ENT who is busting at the seams. Needs and wants HELP.

*High earning potential ($500K-$700K)

*Shared call including paid call

*True employment with on-going base salary plus production based on wRVU's

*Competitive compensation and wRVU's 

*Full benefits including malpractice, tail coverage, vacation, CME, retirement, etc.

*50,000 population

*One hour from Capital city

*1.5 hours from the ocean
