Genesis HealthCare System has an employment opportunity for an excellent board certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a well-respected program due to an upcoming retirement. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of post-training practice experience with excellent quality and patient satisfaction scores. The Surgeon will collaborate with Genesis to further regional best practices and enable seamless patient care. Aspects of this opportunity include:

•  Work in partnership with other providers to further clinical and physician goals as well as practice operation initiat
• Strive to advance quality and outcome metrics through The Society of Thoracic Surgeons (STS) national database.
• Procedures required include coronary bypass, heart valve surgery, TAVR (optional), thoracic, minimally invasive thoracic procedures and EP surgeries; annual volume exceeds 200 per year.
