• 20-25 Patients seen per day
• Call schedule  Outpatient Phone Call:  1/10 ...1/30
• Inpatient call is Optional  1 to 3 nights per month
• EMR used
• Employee for 2 years.  Partnership upon successfully completing 2nd year
