This 156 bed Med-Surg Hospital is located in the Piney Woods of East Texas.  Just 1.5 hours to Dallas and 2.5 hours to Houston.  You will find this community of 80K to offer a super lifestyle and most affordable living.  

The Hospital has a comprehensive psychiatric program including adult, geriatric, and intensive outpatient.  This is a salaried position with a comprehensive benefits package.  The salary is $260K!

You will have on-call duties of 1 in 3 weekends. 

You will enjoy a collegial environment with an outstanding staff of mental health professionals.  The facility services a population of 100K and has been the area’s primary source of medical care for many years. 

You will join a team of 80 physicians.  The hospital employs some 550 plus numerous volunteers.

This position is specific for a Board Prepared or Board Certified Psychiatrist.  Requirements then are that the successful candidate would have a degree as an M.D. or D.O. with proven residency training in Psychiatry.
