Emergency Medicine Physician

Our client in Western Kentucky is currently in need of full-time locums Emergency Medicine Physician to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Working primarily in emergency rooms, Emergency Medicine Physicians (locum tenens) are tasked with making high stakes life management decisions in times of immediate crisis.
• EM Physicians regularly deal with complex trauma and exotic conditions, and are highly trained in the stabilization and treatment of a wide range of both adult and pediatric injuries and illnesses.

Requirements:

• BC or BE with residency completion in EM, FP or IM
• ATLS, ACLS, PALS required

Practice Details:

• MD/DO - 24 hours. 7a-7p/7p-7a 
• NP/PA - 12 hours. 11a-11p
• Codes required
• Providers will do procedures
