Our client in Western Illinois is currently seeking 3 full-time locums Hospitalists.
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine. If Board Eligible, Residency / Fellowship training completed within the last 5 years.
- IL license preferred. Candidates that need licensure will be accepted.
- Block availability preferred and nocturnists needed.

- Days: June 6, 7, 8, 12(2), 13, 19, 20(2), 21(2), 22(2), 23, 26, 27, 28, 29
- Nights: June 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25
- July
- Days: July 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 17(2), 18(2), 19(2), 20(2), 21(2), 22(2), 23(2), 24(2), 25(2), 26(2), 27(2), 28(2), 29(2), 30(2), 31(2)
- Nights: July 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 28, 29, 30, 31
- August
- Shift Times:
- AM: 7:00a- 7:00p
- PM: 5:00 - Dr’s are generally still at the facility until 7PM
- Patient Census: 20 to 25 (Day)
- Admits (on average/daily): 3 to 4 (Day)
- Number of day teams: 1
- Number of night teams: 0
- Specialty Backup: Cardiology M/W/F, Surgery- every day, Ortho-every day ENT/weekdays
- Hospitalist takes call every night
- Procedures not required
- Running codes not required. ER Physicians run the codes.
- Will take FP trained physicians
- On Rapid Response team on own patients
