Provider will manage a wide variety of health issues from acute minor illnesses to medically complex patients.

Perform physicals, provide evaluations for different types of physicals, and provide numerous services for our patients on-site including x-rays; pulmonary function testing; on-site laboratory services; immunizations; hearing, vision, and drug screenings; breath alcohol test; bone density exams; allergy immunotherapy; and ultrasounds.

Treat every age and every illness including heart attack/stroke.

•  8-5 Monday to Friday

•  8-12 Saturday (rotating schedule)

•  No call

•  20-25 PPD

•  60% adult/40% pedi

•  4 midlevels and 1 physician at clinic
