Family practice and growing.  Offering a lucrative permanent guaranteed base salary or you can choose a percentage of collection compensation plan.  Also offering comprehensive paid benefits. This is a very stable position and will be very rewarding (both financially and professionally). The practice has a reputation for quality care and this is the priority going forward as well. Candidate must be eligible for dental license in the state of Maryland or hold a clean Maryland dental license.
