Locum Tenens Internal Medicine: Outpatient Only Opportunity in Chicago, Illinois

Multiple schedules available, seeking 1 full time, M-F provider as well as a weekend/part-timer doing 2-3 days a week/weekend.

Location – Chicago
Practice Type- Outpatient/Community Health Center
Start Date – As soon as credentialing is complete

Facility Overview

Facility Description – Community Health Ctr
Daily Patient Volume per provider 20-25
Shifts available Tuesday-Friday 8:30-5:30, Thursdays 11-7 and some Saturdays 8-2
Support staff (RNs, NP/PA's, LPN's, and MA's)
No Call

Requirements

Board Certified- IM, FP
Other Certifications – PALS, ACLS, DEA
