The staff physician provides comprehensive and continuous primary care to a panel of patients. The staff physician supervises the patient care of nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Staff Physicians are viewed as leaders in the organization and are expected to be involved in matters such a productivity, performance improvement, and quality assurance and in-service training. The center is looking for Internal Medicine or Family Practice Doctors. Required 3 year residency in Family Practice or other Primary Care Specialty such as Internal Medicine. Current License by MA board required. Current BLS and DEA/MA license for prescriptive authority required. This community health center is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of all residents in the Greater Worcester area, especially culturally diverse populations, by providing access to affordable, high quality, integrated, comprehensive, and respectful primary health care and social services, regardless of patients’ ability to pay. They are joint commission accredited, FTCA deemed, Federally qualified center as well.
