Practice with freedom and autonomy not commonly found in an office setting.  Exercise your perception, discernment and skills to the fullest while leading a multidisciplinary team providing personalized, supportive and restorative care.  Providing healthcare to geriatric and/or disabled patients in independent living facilities allows you to address and resolve complex issues resulting in lifesaving treatment.

Job Description:

• Employed Position
• Flexible Work Schedule – 4 or 5-Day Work Week
• Average of 10 patients per day
• Wireless EMR
• Attractive Annual Salary plus Stipend Potential
• Full Benefit Package including PTO, 401K, CME, etc.
  

Requirements:

• Active and unencumbered Texas medical license (or in process)
• DEA / DPS
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics and/or Family Practice
