Michael Barber, M.D., mid 60s, Board Certified, in community since 1999, U. of MD. call: 1 in 3 (with Dr. George and Barber) Office: adjacent to hospital #2 Santa Rosa Women's Center - 1 physician, 1 ARNP John Lee, M.D., late 50s, Board Certified, in community since 1989, from Milton, FL Amanda McBride, ARNP call: 1 in 2 (with Dr. Lee), Office: adjacent to hospital Option for partnership Competitive financial package to include salary income guarantee, nice benefits, commencement bonus, relocation expenses, malpractice insurance, potential for medical education loan repayment. Reason for Search: 2 of 3 OBGYNs on staff will stop delivering within the next couple of years (succession planning). Physician: Patient rato show need for 3 additional OBGYNs. 3 OBGYN and 1 GYN on active staff currently 24 hour anesthesia coverage Pediatric Hospitalist (Nursery Coverage) 4 operating rooms 2 operating rooms dedicated to Women's Services hybrid "blocked" scheduling for OB Average 1,700 annual deliveries 14 LDRs, 10 Mother-Child rooms, 10 bay Level 2 NICU, 1 dedicated C-Section OR located within the L&D Suite.
