The clinic is located between Grand Rapids and Lansing. - December 1 - January 31, 2016 (poss to extend) - Monday-Friday 8a-5p - Avg 18 Patients Daily - Full Support Staff - EHR Cerner - 70% Adult, 25% Geriatric, 5% Peds - Competitive Hourly Rate
