Genesis HealthCare System in Zanesville, Ohio, has an employment opportunity available for a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician. The Ortho-Sciences team provides a unique position working side by side and as an equal with neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, and interventional pain management. The position includes working with orthopedic surgery and neurosurgery as both departments continue to expand, and serve an integrated role in the care of both orthopedic and neurosurgery patients. The interventional pain management group includes both PMR and anesthesiology-trained interventionalists to provide very close support and access to clinic space for doing any desired procedures. The ideal candidate will be board certified by the ABPMR or have a plan in place to sit for boards. The candidate must be eligible for an unrestricted DEA and unencumbered medical license to practice in Ohio, and a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who shares our patient-centric philosophy.
