- Board Certified IM primary care physician to FLOAT.
- Float physicians are full-time full benefits  
- Monday through Friday 8-5 no hospital.  Average 12-15 mostly geriatric Medicare HMO patients per day (no pediatrics)
- Could be to fill in for PTO or CME maternity or a gap where we have an open position
- Great opportunity to become acclimated and learn our model.  
- We have had Float providers who initially float and end up at a permanent location if one opens up that is mutually suitable
