- Full-time with benefits = 1200 hrs/year

- 50 bed hospital and 10 bed ICU
- Average 18 encounters per shift
- Independent hospitalist group provides all inpatient coverage for the hospital
- Core compensation - approximatley $310000
- Total compensation - Approximatley $378000
- Beaitiful community just two hours north of San Francisco
- Proximity to mountains beaches and wine country
