• Two weeks on / two weeks off schedule with approximately 26 weeks off per year
• 100% cardiothoracic anesthesia: CVOR, EP, structural heart, and thoracic cases
• Team of 2 physicians and 5 CRNAs in a 100% supervision model
• Proficiency in transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) required
• Experience in medical direction for cardiac CRNAs required
• Extremely light home call with rare call-backs
• W-2 employment with full benefits package and malpractice coverage
• Located in a lake community in Florida, 45 miles northwest of Orlando
