A well-established, physician-owned multispecialty group in Tennessee is seeking a motivated Internal Medicine physician to join a thriving outpatient practice with an exceptional partnership opportunity and virtually no inpatient burden.
PRACTICE OVERVIEW
• Outpatient-only schedule — Monday through Friday, no hospital rounds
• Minimal call burden: after-hours phone coverage approximately 2 times per month only
• Two setting options: join a collegial main campus alongside multiple Internal Medicine colleagues, or lead a rural satellite clinic as the primary physician with mid-level support and on-site lab
• Satellite clinic physicians benefit from a built-in specialty referral network — all referring within the same physician-owned group
• 145+ providers spanning 20+ specialties and subspecialties under one integrated umbrella
• Shared EHR platform across all locations for seamless coordination
• Physician-governed structure — clinical decisions stay with the doctors
• 3-year track to full partnership with an accessible $5,000 buy-in

COMPENSATION OVERVIEW
• Competitive base salary plus production bonus using a cost-accounting model
