A thriving physician-owned, physician-governed multispecialty group in Tennessee is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join an established, integrated practice with two distinct setting options and a clear path to full partnership.
PRACTICE OVERVIEW
• Outpatient-only schedule — Monday through Friday, no hospital rounding
• Minimal call burden: after-hours phone coverage approximately 2 times per month
• No OB — focus exclusively on ambulatory family medicine

Setting Option 1: Lead physician role at rural satellite clinic locations with mid-level support and on-site basic lab; referrals flow directly to the group's multispecialty network

Setting Option 2: Collaborative main campus environment alongside multiple Family Medicine colleagues
• Physician-owned and physician-governed group — 145 providers spanning 20+ specialties
• Built-in primary care referral base with seamless access to integrated subspecialties
• Shared EHR platform across all locations and specialties
• 3-year track to full partnership with a minimal $5,000 buy-in
COMPENSATION OVERVIEW
• Competitive base salary plus production bonus using a cost-accounting model

• Partnership buy-in: $5,000 after 3-year track
