A well-established, physician-owned and physician-governed multispecialty group in Tennessee is seeking an Invasive Cardiologist to join a thriving, fully integrated cardiology department with a clear partnership track and exceptional structural support.
PRACTICE OVERVIEW
• Join a robust 6-physician, 12-mid-level cardiology department with a strong, established patient base
• Perform diagnostic catheterizations and pacemaker placements; opportunity to expand into TAVR and Watchman procedures
• In-house outpatient cath lab, nuclear medicine/stress testing, ECHO, and EKG — all under one roof
• Department includes dedicated Congestive Heart Failure and Vein & Vascular clinics
• No EP or full structural call — call burden is managed and predictable
• Rounding week rotates every 7 weeks, supported by two inpatient NPs; hospital call is isolated to that rounding week only
• One backup week mid-cycle covering office support and unassigned non-invasive studies
• Part of a 145-provider group spanning 20+ specialties with a shared EHR and a built-in primary care referral network
• 3-year track to full partnership with a $5,000 buy-in — a rare physician-ownership opportunity
