A thriving physician-owned, physician-governed multispecialty group in Tennessee is seeking an OB/GYN to join a well-established and fully supported practice with a clear path to partnership.
PRACTICE OVERVIEW
• Join a team of 8 full-time OB/GYN physicians with dedicated mid-level support including APP and CNM coverage
• Balanced clinical mix: approximately 60% GYN and 40% OB
• Office-based 2–3 days per week as a partner in a structured, manageable schedule
• State-of-the-art surgical capabilities including da Vinci Xi robotic platform and full minimally invasive instrumentation
• In-office LEEP, hysteroscopy, 2 dedicated sonographers, and an on-site pelvic floor therapist
• On-site imaging includes 3D mammography, DEXA, CT, and MRI — all under one roof
• Favorable call structure: daytime call ~1:6, nighttime call 1:12, and just 1 weekend day every 6 weeks
• Part of a 145-provider multispecialty group spanning 20+ specialties with a built-in primary care referral base
• 3-year partnership track with a $5,000 buy-in — physician-owned and physician-governed
• Shared EHR across all specialties for seamless, integrated patient care
COMPENSATION OVERVIEW
• Competitive base salary plus production bonus using a cost-accounting model
• Sign-on bonus provided (details upon inquiry)

• CME allowance included

• Partnership buy-in: $5,000 at 3-year mark
