A well-established, physician-owned multispecialty group in Tennessee is seeking a fellowship-trained or BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join a thriving ENT practice with a built-in referral network and a clear path to partnership.
PRACTICE OVERVIEW
• Join a team of 2 full-time ENT physicians, 2 PAs, and 1 mid-level provider in a primarily outpatient setting
• In-house audiology testing capabilities enhance patient care and revenue opportunities
• Physician-owned, physician-governed multispecialty group with 145+ providers across 20+ specialties
• Robust built-in referral base from an integrated primary care and subspecialty network
• Shared EHR platform across all specialties for seamless coordination
• Compensated hospital/ER call is entirely optional; clinic call runs a manageable 1:3 rotation
• 3-year track to full partnership with a $5,000 buy-in — one of the most affordable partnership opportunities in the region

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• BC/BE in Otolaryngology
• ACGME-accredited residency required
