A thriving physician-owned multispecialty group in Tennessee is seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join a well-established, collegial practice with a built-in referral network and a clear path to partnership.
PRACTICE OVERVIEW
• Join 1 existing full-time urologist and mid-level support in a busy outpatient urology practice
• Practice includes clinic and outpatient procedures performed at the group's own ambulatory surgery center
• Monday–Friday schedule — NO nights, NO weekends, NO hospital call
• After-hours clinic calls only — no emergency coverage burden
• Physician-owned, physician-governed multispecialty group with 145+ providers across 20+ specialties
• Integrated EHR shared across all specialties for seamless coordination
• Robust built-in primary care referral base — immediate and sustained patient volume
• 3-year track to full partnership with a $5,000 buy-in — one of the most accessible partnership structures in the market
COMPENSATION OVERVIEW
• Competitive base salary plus production bonus using a cost-accounting model
