• 100% outpatient setting with no hospital duties
• Flexible schedule: choose a 4-day or 5-day work week
• One late evening per week until 7 pm; all other shifts are 8 - 10 hours
• Telephone-only call shared across pediatric offices; 1 week out of every 4 weeks
• Patient volume of approximately 20 - 25 patients per day
• HRSA NHSC Loan Repayment eligible site
• Board-certified or board-eligible candidates welcome; new graduates encouraged to apply
• Supervise mid-level providers in a Patient Centered Medical Home model
