• Leadership role: build an ACGME fellowship program from the ground up
• Prior Program Director or Associate Program Director experience preferred
• Critical Care or Pulmonary/Critical Care board certification required
• Closed ICU model with Medical/Surgical, Cardiac, and Neurocritical Care ICUs
• Flexible block schedule; 10 - 15 shifts per month with some nights required
• Strong ICU procedural skills and bronchoscopy proficiency valued
• Physician-owned and physician-led organization; 1099 independent contractor position
• Active California license and academic mindset required
