• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule with telehealth after-hours support
• Hospital-employed role within a well-established continuing care retirement community
• Serve a geriatric population across independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing
• Dual role as primary care physician and medical director with clinical autonomy
• Oversight of mid-level providers with leadership opportunities
• On-site health clinic with integrated therapy and wellness services
• Board-certified FM or IM physician with active Virginia licensure and DEA required
• Located in Winchester, Virginia - approximately one hour from Washington, D.C.
