• 24-hr call shifts, 7 am - 7 am, 7+ days per month
• 10 - 12 deliveries per month
• 3 C-sections per month
• Occasional VBAC
• Hospital setting -- privileges required
• Mostly low-risk OB/GYN coverage
• Covering C-section call
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
