Permanent Hospitalist: OBGYN Job in Las Vegas, Nevada

GYN HOSPITALIST | LAS VEGAS | 6 DAYS PER MONTH = $335K+

PRACTICE OVERVIEW
• Hospital-based, shift-only model — 12- or 24-hour shifts with zero outpatient clinic responsibilities
• Primary on-site GYN coverage: inpatient/emergency consults, rounding, operative management, and post-op care
• Perform urgent and emergent GYN procedures including D&C, laparoscopy (ectopic, torsion, cysts), hemorrhage management, and hysterectomy
• Serve as backup OB coverage on L&D for high-volume or simultaneous cases, including cesarean delivery and cesarean hysterectomy
• Collaborate with a seasoned grp of laborists, residents, anes, and OR staff
• Minimum of 10 shifts per month required  (Can stack two shifts into one 24 hour period). Option to work more shifts as well.

COMPENSATION OVERVIEW
• Total yearly comp = $335,000 (based on 12 shifts/month)
• Base shift rates: Day $2,000 / Night $2,090
• Average shift rate =  Day $2,200–$2,400 / Night $2,290–$2,490
• Sign-on / Commencement

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• BE/BC
• Demonstrated competency in urgent and emergent gynecologic surg
• Current OB competency and comfort providing L&D backup
