• Flexible 4 or 4.5-day schedule
• 8 am - 5 pm with schedule management autonomy
• Minimal call: one weekday every 5 weeks
• Weekend call only every 20th weekend
• Join 13 physicians and 16 nurse practitioners
• Hospital-employed position with comprehensive services
• 14 - 16 patients per day
