• 100% outpatient position with no inpatient duties
• Four-day workweek, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (32 hours per week)
• Rotating Saturday coverage from 8 am - 12 pm; offset hours given same week
• Join 1 pediatrician and 5 NPs in a well-established practice
• Average 25 patients per day with dedicated MA support per provider
• Nurse-triaged call with infrequent backup call rotation
• Competitive compensation with production bonus and 4 weeks of PTO
• Located 30 minutes northeast of Birmingham, Alabama
