• Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 5 pm with minimal triage call
• Shared call among all providers with RN call center filtering urgent cases
• Manageable patient census of 10 - 12 patients per day
• Focus on value-based care in a senior primary care setting
• Experience with eClinicalWorks and HEDIS highly valued
• Employed position with great work-life balance
• Board-certified or board-eligible geriatricians encouraged to apply
• DEA licensure required
