• 24-hour call shifts, 3-4 shifts per week, 1 week per month
• 15 patients per shift
• Inpatient and outpatient setting
• Average 4-5 hours of callback cases daily
• General urology and adult urology required
• Robotic surgery preferred
• Call coverage need
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
