• Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm
• 14 - 18 patients per day initially, 20 - 24 patients once established
• EMG, nerve conduction studies, EEG, and botox required
• Onsite infusion suite and diagnostic services available
• Tech available for nerve conduction studies
• 45 minute new patient, 20 minute follow-up appointments
• Board certification preferred
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
