• 24-hour on-call shifts from 8 am - 8 am
• 1-2 patients seen per 24-hour shift
• C-section decision-making and performance required
• Surgical gynecology skills needed -- open and laparoscopic
• Management of breech and multiple births required
• Call ratio 1:3 with 20 minute response time
• Average 240 deliveries per year
• VBAC management preferred
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
