• Flexible day schedule - 6 am - 6 pm shifts with various options
• 182 shifts per year with 7 on/7 off or other flexible arrangements
• Patient census of 15 - 22 patients per shift
• Board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine/Family Medicine
• No Nevada state income tax benefit
