FAMILY PRACTICE - CLINIC ONLY /  15 MINUTES FROM DALLAS-FT. WORTH METRO

PRACTICE DETAILS
*Employed Structure
*Considered a Rural Health designation
*Work with other providers and nurses
*See Peds through geriatrics (No infants)
*Monday – Friday 8-5, No Weekends
*Call is minimum, answering service rotates between providers each week
*Great Hospital - Hospitalists and specialty support
*Clinic is 10,000 sqft, 5 providers, and has 11,000 visits per year
*Salary of $250K with quality and production incentives (Expect to earn $300K+)
*Full benefits to include malpractice, tail, CME, PTO + major holidays, retirement matching, vesting, etc.
*Aggressive student loan assistance via National Health Service Corps
*Sign-on bonus and relo

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
*BE/BC in Family Practice
*Does not qualify for H / J sponsorships
*Spanish is a plus but not required
*All experience levels
