• Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 5 pm with overtime opportunities
• 5 - 7 patients per day, occasional increase up to 12
• Inpatient psychiatric unit with adult patients 18 and older
• Medical H&Ps handled by hospitalists
• Team of 4 providers sharing workload
• Average length of stay 6.6 days
• Inpatient hospital consults required
• Average daily census of 17 patients
