• Choice of 4-day week with 9-hour days or 5-day week with 8-hour shifts
• One evening shift (12 pm - 9 pm) per week and one Saturday monthly required
• Average 20 - 22 patients per day with built-in admin time
• Outpatient clinic setting
• Bilingual Spanish skills preferred but not required
