• 24-hour inpatient call coverage -- 1-3 weekends per month
• 4-5 patients daily -- 12-15 weekend consults
• ECMO experience highly preferred but not required
• Weekend coverage spans Thursday night to Monday morning
• Board certified surgeon required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
