• 7am - 7am in-house shifts, 3-5 shifts per month
• 10 - 12 patients per shift with 5 admissions per shift
• Hospital-based obstetrics practice
• 1,500 deliveries annually
• Labor and gynecology admissions through emergency department
• Inpatient rounding responsibilities
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
