• Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
• Outpatient: 16 - 20 patients per day; Inpatient: 5 - 14 patients per shift
• Outpatient hours 8am - 5pm; Inpatient four 10-hour shifts 8am - 7pm
• Rotational call schedule shared among staff physicians
• Inpatient duties include ICU coverage
• Outpatient position required -- inpatient experience preferred
• Indian Health Service facility
• One hour lunch break provided daily
