• Monday - Monday 7am - 7am call plus weekday clinic 8am - 5pm
• 25 - 35 patients per day in clinic
• 1 half-day procedures weekly -- colposcopy, IUD placement, endometrial biopsies
• CNMs handle first call with physician backup
• Support from CNM team for routine deliveries
• 40 deliveries per month average
• Full scope practice required -- no clinic-only coverage
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
• Your specialized recruiter takes care of every detail
