• 6 shifts every 4 weeks -- day shifts 7am - 6pm, night shifts 6pm - 7am
• Newborn nursery census 2-5 patients daily
• Inpatient pediatric facility with behavioral unit and NICU on site
• Call room provided for day and night shifts
• Daytime includes newborn rounding, nights cover behavioral unit
• Manages medical issues and consults -- no mental health or deliveries
• NRP and PALS certification required
• Covers consults for 12 pediatricians in local group
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
