Urologist Opportunity – West Atlanta Metro area

A well-established and thriving Urology group in West Georgia is seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join a dynamic team based in Carrollton, GA, with a satellite office in Villa Rica. This employed position offers an outstanding compensation package and the opportunity to practice in a supportive, collegial environment with long-term stability.

Compensation & Incentives:

• $125K Sign-On Bonus
• $125K Starting Incentive
• $600K Base Salary + wRVU Bonus Potential
• $14K Relocation Allowance

• The only Urology group serving a population of 400,000+ in the region
• Join a collaborative team of 3 experienced physicians and 2 APPs (with plans to add a third)
• Ambulatory Surgery Center conveniently located in the same building as the main clinic in Carrollton
• da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system available for advanced procedures
• Surgeries performed at facilities in Carrollton, Villa Rica, and Bremen
• EPIC EMR systemwide, supported by Abridge AI-powered scribe technology
• 1:4 equitable call schedule
