• 12-hour call shifts from 7 am - 7 am
• 120 - 130 patients per month with 0 - 6 deliveries per 24-hour call
• OB hospitalist program with unassigned backup coverage
• Coverage includes gynecology call when scheduled for OB
• Performs VBACs and TOLACs
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
