• 25 - 55 patients per day
• Hybrid emergency department and urgent care setting
• APP support available daily 10 am - 10 pm
• Annual volume of 10,000 ED and urgent care visits combined
• Single physician coverage model
• Busiest period is 10 am - 10 pm
