• 24-hour call coverage -- out of house
• 2 - 3 pediatric floor patients, 4 - 5 nursery patients per day
• Level I nursery service
• 700 - 750 annual births
• Responsibilities include admissions, ER consults, and pediatric codes
• Circumcisions required
• NRP and PALS certifications required
• Care for infants 36 weeks gestation and above
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
