• Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30pm with rotating call
• 15 patients per day -- mix of inpatient and outpatient
• Week-long call rotation every 4 weeks with weekend coverage
• 50/50 split between hematology and oncology cases
• Adult patient population
• Primarily outpatient with inpatient consulting
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
